Moi Moi and Ogi

Ogi, also known as ‘Pap’, is made from fermented corn and is similar in texture to custard. It is enjoyed with a generous pouring of milk, and is sweetened with sugar or honey. Ogi pairs well with Moi Moi or Akara.
Moi Moi includes crayfish and eggs, but a vegetarian option is also available.
